In the IT sector, skill requirements can change rapidly, and we are aware of the need to constantly keep our contractors skills current. We encourage our contractors to stay up to date with their skills, industry standards and certifications. At Taylor Coulter we are committed to ensuring that our contract personnel are able to perform to the best of their ability, to ensure successful career development and a high level of service delivery to our clients.

We will continue to support the professional development of our personnel by offering career advice and guidance, and are in the process of establishing a partnership agreement with several training providers in order to offer discounted technical training to all contract staff.
