This thriving knowledge base enables our teams to forecast market movement and trends and predict skill shortages: We are able to share this knowledge and foresight with you, to enable you to plan for future business success by increasing your human capital. This is further supplemented by our knowledge of rate expectations/potential through direct daily contact with candidates and clients.
Additionally we are proud to have supported the development of a National ICT Skills Monitoring Establishment Project, SkillsMatch. An initiative of our industry association ITCRA in conjunction with a number of state and federal government departments, SkillsMatch is the first step in the implementation of a strategic approach to ensuring Australia can identify the skill needs of the ICT industry. SkillsMatch provides real-time data on the supply and demand of IT skills and other key workforce issues, and analysis based on this data allows up-to-date forecasting on IT skills demand, employment market forecasting, project costing, training and immigration.
As an ICT SkillsMatch partner, we continue to support this initiative by providing real time data to the project, and are able to benefit from detailed reporting covering all factors relating to recruitment trends within the IT industry. |
