SAP Culture
SAP's winning culture is based on two categories of values: core values and key requirements.
Core Values
Core values make up the foundation that has made SAP great since the company's establishment in 1972. They represent continuity with historical priorities and are meant to highlight behaviors that continue to be critical to the success of SAP. The guidelines are universal and lasting. They prescribe the way SAP interact both personally and professionally.
- Customer focus
- Quality
- Product Excellence
- Integrity
- Commitment
- Passion.
Key Requirements
Key requirements reflect today's changes, and are meant to produce behaviors essential to the success of SAP's strategy. They represent required changes that are driven by SAP’s strategy and may evolve over time as new strategic goals are selected.
In 2005 the SAP Executive Board defined five key requirements to ensure that SAP realizes its vision for 2010: to become the leader in the business processes platform industry and thus contribute to large-scale economic growth by helping companies accelerate their business innovation.
- Agility
- High Performance
- Simplicity
- Co-Innovation
- Talent Development.
