HR Payroll & Rostering

One of the largest providers of community services in Australia is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the implementation of Payroll and Rostering systems and processes across the organisation.
 
You will be responsible for delivering the project within approved baselines (scope, time, cost, quality & benefits) in a stimulating and evolving work environment.
 
The role will encompass extensive stakeholder engagement and leadership in managing team and project performance.
 
You will actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Project and Change Management methodologies through your ability to apply appropriate PM standards in consideration for Project complexity and organisational maturity.
 
In addition you will be able to demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
 
  • Proven ability in Project Management and Organisational Change Management
  • Demonstrated experience in defining project scope, business case and proposals
  • Experience in achieving process improvement in conjunction with systems implementation
  • Capacity to deliver communications that are impactful and persuasive
  • Broad experience in integrating user and technical input and knowledge to achieve business outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of Payroll, Rostering or HR Systems and scheduling tools
